As I posted earlier, I got a 260 with a A36 ECU with a 56PSI regulator. I finally pulled the ECU cover. The chip is labeled 847619 19, under this it has:4319 11,500. I did not see an "A" #. I'm putting this engine on a fishing setup. Will this chip work? Or is it TOO lean? Does anyone know what these #smean? What chip do you recommend?

If I remember correctly.....the a36 chip requires the 39 lb Regulator.....somone may have changed your chip to run with the 56 lb Reg.
JMO....the A48 is a great "Lake" chip.....but its for the 39 lb system,

The 19 chip is an A63 drag chip. It needs 56psi and it is lean at part throttle between5K and 7K. If you want the unlimited rpm 39psi drag chip, look for a -11 chip.

Get Brocato ECU!
I have been buying and trading ECU's for almost 2 years.
Buy Tony's ecu and never look back!
You can change it for what ever you need or want.
It will work on any fuel injected Mercury engine.
I did it and it was the best 1000.00 I have spent!
I have payed 300.00 here 400.00 there and believe me!
Pay the big bucks once! Or pay a little and a little more and a little more!
Then bam! 2000.00 later nothing!
