Transom paint

My transom was rebuilt a few years ago and they painted
red the rest of the boat is metalic blue.
Can some one give me some options on what
kind of paint and how to go about it?

Any Catalyzed Urethane Enamel Will Work(base Coat Clear Coat)for Boats The Most Common One Is Imron(dupont)ppg Deltron Will Work Well Too.if You Dont Know How To Paint And Dont Have The Proper Spray And Safety Equipment I Would Recommend A Qualified Body Shop Do This As The Catalyist Used To Cure This Paint Can Cause Serious Lung Damage.any Body Shop Paint Jobber Usually Has A Scan Tool That Can Read Your Original Color And Give A Formula For Matching It.
