standing at east lake fish camp with big D, hydrostreamDave, and xstreamed, we see this sweet looking yellow allison and we thought it was one of our buddy's from alligator lake, well it turned out to be jeff c, who posted about florida lakes a few pages back, and i have to say the boat hauls butt!!!!!!

we ran around together for the day stopped in a few places to talk rousted our other friend on east lake who owns a seabold tunnell and took jeff into boggy creek to a sand bar for a few chilled beverages, we showed him a place we call goat island, and as we were leaving he saw why........goats came to get some food

we ran accross the lake a few times but we couldnt give jeff a run fer his money with that fine machine he's got

had some good conversation, and a great day with no mishaps, but what a day to forget the digital camera!!!!!

I MET JEFF AT ODBA JASPER. WE RAN TOGETHER IN BOTH PRO GAS AND PRO FUEL. HIS BLUE XR2001 ALLISON IS SMOKIN FAST. THE BOAT YOU SAW HE TOLD ME WAS HIS LAKE PLAY BOAT AND IT SOUNDS VERY FAST FROM WHAT HE TOLD ME. YOU COULD NOT MEET A FUNNIER AND NICER GUY. THANKS ERIC.

Jeff is a super guy and one of the most skilled A craft driver this country boy has ever laid his eyes on. If I was gonna put money on a rough water Allison boat pilot he's got my vote! He has ALWAYS been very friendly and willing to help anybody at the races. If you ever get a chance to talk to him at the races take the time he's a BIG bullshi**r and a lot of fun to be around!

It's that mean Blarney Island water we run on every Thursday. It's fun, but I have to admit, we're probably friggin' nuts. We run perpendicular to the main boat channel, so right in the middle of your run, you might have to take it over some cruiser wakes. We've seen every kind of water and wind condition.

When it gets really rough, they split the points and the money, so nobody pushes too hard, but that just makes it all the more fun.

A lot of guys have come into town and left wondering how we keep our boats from splitting in half.

Myself, Jeff Cleinmark, Bill Gohr, Bob Albee, Vydas Rekasius, Nick "Hollywod" Winski, Joe Perocesci and Chap Waters are all products of Blarney Island drag boat racing and all of us made it to Jasper this year except for Chap who had last minute engine problems. It's crazy watching him run that Nitrous fueled Seebold over that rough crap. John Lentzkow comes out quite a bit too when he needs a little dose of the rough stuff!
