Got an email from Gelcoat Joe yesterday. He is also going to have to put down his best friend, Roxy. Seems she has a stomach tumor, and Joe is taking it very badly.
Let's lift him up guys!

Joe e-mailed me also. I could definitely feel his pain. Had Shepard that couldn't walk anymore, it killed me to put him down, but know it was the best thing for him. I realized he would not be in pain anymore. It's very tough to see it happen to something you care about so much. They are loaded with nothing but unconditional love. :( Chuck.

Joe,I know how you feel I had to put my dog down last april. When I got to the vet I spent my last few moments with her then put her to rest.It was the hardest thing I had to do,and there is not a day that goes by that I dont think of her.I try to remember the good times we had and I thank god I had the strength to put her down, which as a responsible owner is something that has to be done.My prayers are with you and your friend........Take care,.....Rob

True it sucks, but if the pet is in pain, it has nothing to gain. :(

Doggies go to doggie heaven and feel no pain :D

She'll be waitin' to wag her tail when ya get there

We lost our Boston girl of 14 years a year ago and my wife ( stronger than me about those things ) had to take her to be put down. Our Vet after she was gone brought out a casting of her foot in plaster Paris with her name scratched with her own toe nail. Its on the wall in our bedroom and everytime I walk by it and I try to look the other way ! Man I miss that little Roxy girl. I guess some would say it silly to love an animal as much as I loved that little girl but they seem to burn thier way in your heart. Believe me Joe I know exactly what you are going throuh and feeling but as you move on you will NEVER forget her. When I think of my Roxy I do it with a smile because of all the joy she brought with her life with us.........

We now have 3 KNOT HEADED Male Bostons all younger just a year old and she ( Roxy ) had more brains that these three knot heads put together. I have my favorite Rocky but he name needs to me Maytag cause he is an agitating little sh$%...

Hope you find some
Pease of mind Brother............

Jay
