I have had inquiry from this guy as well- after he found out that my STV forsale at $8,500 did not include the drag motor he lost interest- where in the add did it even mention a motor??? there are way to many dreamers out there!!! last thing this guy told me was that he will be forwarding photo's of his new used purchase for less than $10,000- boat, motor and trailer- best of luck was my responce- the one thing that I cannot stand is an uneducated buyer with no cash- the reality is that the sport is expensive- from getting in to maintainence to running- the used forums should be for people that have a need and have funding for the items offered-its that simple- the ##$hit that goes on there is just pathetic- an add goes up and the seller is beraided with peoples opinions, requests for photos etc...

Got a few emails also and even a phone number. Sent pics called and talked to Grampa twice....he was comming out U.S. Thanksgiving... one of the replies back after I wouldn't negotiate $5800 with blown up complete 260.

Mirage101 - I am sure they are but it doesn't excuse the fact the kid claims to be buying every STV on this site and leading people on and then low balling them as well. They are trying to buy a $15-20,000 boat, motor, trailer for $10,000.

Good luck with the search. If I see that $10K STV first, I might grab it too.

blurred vision is an awesome boat. Nicest one i've seen in a while by far. However, i have to stay w/ stv and he doesn't have 15000 bucks to spend. He's having surgery to reverse a colostomy soon so we should be back out this summer or spring. We just have to have a fast boat though. w/ a discount (he said it not me ;) ) we can definitly talk our last boat was a euro that brb fixed up and sold.
