merc v6 rod and upper bearing ? !!

I have an 87 v6 torn down for some winter work. While removeing the pistons, the rod bearings seperated.I mean the roller bearings do not stay in the cages,Is this normal or do I need new ones?They appear to be fine otherwise. And last was the upper crank bearing,when i lifted it off the crank the roller bearings came out of the housing.They appear to be fine also. Are these loose pieces or are they supposed to be together? Lee NJ

Are all in one and the rollers do not come out. Only the older style like you have are loose. If you decide to upgrade to the newer style I may be interested in your loose style so let me know. Thanks!
