New New Jersey Scam!

The New Jersey, 101.5 FM, radio station is doing a investingation along with some politicians on what it cost to see a state high school football championship game. Seems that the play-offs are run by a non-profit (?) org., The NJSIAA, that has their top worker making 149 K a year and six others making 80K a year! Not only that, they have a 810K surplus!:confused: Peopkle are complaining as they are now having to pay $12 for a adult and $9 for a stundent. Oh, I left out $9 for parking! I believe none of the playoff $$$ goes back to the schools.

And in NJ the crooket policitains feed them plenty of pork! They must have Stuffed $70K in their pockets from this game. The bad thing was they said some people showed up, paid the $9 for parking and then didn't have enough $$$ to get in. Seems they had no idea that it could cost you $51 for a family of four to see a High school football game!
Something else, now they have to choose the best team in the State. Middletown has the best ###s and shut out all three opponents, 12 and 0. My bet is that one of the "Urban" teams will get the nood. Even though we were rated #2 in the state the whole year and the #1 and #3 teams lost! Their is also a good chance that they will go 36 and 0 by sweeping it next year as they aren't loosing more then three good players next year and are said to have a even stronger team!
