Throttle Body Spacer

Has anyone used one of these on their tow truck? I need a little more punch and was thinking of installing a spacer on my 1 ton Chevy dually. 1994 dually with 454 eng. and a 5 speed manual trans. with 4:10 gears. If you have give me some details.

Well, I have one on my 350 and I have a few buddies using them as well. Tough to tell if they help or not. Most guys claim they do help on a chevy. Personally, if you motor is stock, spend money on a RV type cam.

Might work on a carb setup,dident do anything for my 2000 Chevy.
Its now a $100. paper weight:D
