Press print screen and paste it into paint.

there are lot's of screen capture programs out there, but the Windows routine works fine for most applications. Press Alt-PrintScreen to capture the active window on your screen. You can then paste the captured picture into a graphics program (like MS paint or Adobe graphics software, etc.)
