Hyd. Trim not working in "up" position

I recently pulled my 19' Grady White out for the winter, the engine trimmed down with no problem, however at the ramp the engine would not trim up. The trim motor didn't make any noise in up position but runs when triming down. Is this an electrical issue? Any suggestions to manually trim it up if I can't fix it? The engine is a 1983 Merc 115.

sounds like your "up" relay is bad. try jumping the relay to see if the motor spins. If it does change the relay.
