After being involved now I can honestly say that these drivers are the S&*T . Nothing like taking 4-6 times your weight beating you from the side 4 times a lap for 50 laps (plus all the testing and qualifying on Sat. ). I can't wait to someday get the chance to tear it up in one of these boats. If you've never been there to actually see a race you have no idea what respect they deserve.

If it was possible to be involved to the point of being able to own/race one while living up here ( ... and without having to sleep on the couch after she found out the those plans ) ................... The straight line boat plans would be thrown in the garbage.

Hey Jeff, I have said the same thing after watching my first Champboat race. Awsome acceleration and those killer turns...........if I only had deep enough pockets to do that. Oh well for now I have to settle for my little ol' drag boat:D Brad
