taking a 3 lt omc to 3.6

I've just read you can buy the sleeves and pistons to make a 3.6 out of a 3 liter omc.Anybody ever done this?

Don`t, Land and Sea made the conversion kit, not sure if its still available. This makes power but does not live very well.
