Got the vector in the water sunday afternoon after picking up the first two seats.. its not completly done yet, and still needs to be properly set up. Since i still had no speedo i have no idea how fast it was going. Anyways, the problem im having is the boat takes forever to plan, 135 merc with a 24pitch chopper 6 inch setback.... Oh yeah and it seams to be leaking from somewhere, and tips on how to find the leak,
Thanks Bryan

Looks good Bryan. I also have your information on the engine. I'll contact you about that shortly.
Greg
Either throw your plug in it and fill it with water or toss it in a garage, turn the lights out, and take a trouble light inside the boat. One guy inside with the light and another guy outside watching for light coming through.

Bryan, how high is that engine? If it's a 20-inch motor (I'm assuming it is), it might have to come up.

greg, with the motor right down its about 1-2 inches bellow the pad, i dont have a nose cone yet so i need to keep it low..

Take Boz's advice with the water. It has always worked for me, especially if there are multiple slow leaks.

Bryan,
When I got my 120 Looper from Chris Lacey he had put on a StingRay fin to help get onto plane (I think he had to lean over the windshield to get her up before  ). I removed it just to see the difference, all I can say is it's back on now. HUGE difference in hole shot and no difference at the top end.
If you don't like the looks of the StingRay/Dolefin then there are some 'performance' types available that don't look as dorkey. These cost more but performance is about the same, just $$ for looks?
Have fun while the summer lasts, god knows the boating season is short enough up here anyway.

water could be coming in around your wing tips at back where top and bottom is put together.
I would check there first with a flashlight before filling it up with water.

Yeah, the holes in the tansom have been sealed, the only spots i can think is at the back because the boat sits so low, or else through the drainplug hole... i only put a few very short screws into the floor and unless one is right under a bunk that shouldnt be a problem
