had a rough weekend in Toledo, both flipped and had one of their crew become ill. They are two of the nicest guys I know and are a pleasure to be around. I hope your trip home went better than your weekend. Don't forget to rent "From dusk till Dawn".

Thanks for nice words guys;
Weekend was … wow… from Friday the 13th to rooms on 13th floor in hotel (never again).
First Ned blows an engine on Friday, then one of our crew guys had a seizure on starting dock on Saturday, next Ned blows a gearcase in heat races, all that time I’m struggling to find a setup for a boat because I just suck out there, finally on Sunday morning we find setup that works like a dream and I think “thank god it’s over with a bad luck” but nooo, there is more…, we start a race and boat is sweet, fast and I’m passing people left and right, ahead of Nelson (who BTW finished second) and right on #34 Bowden and all that from second flag start in only 5 laps … well like they say “it was to good to be truth” …
Then Ned rolls a boat in turn three and a red flag, needless to say that caused a lot of distraction In my mind, then my radios die and I got no contact with my crew to tell me if Ned was OK or not, then they line us up totally wrong for a restart and I end up on second flag start again behind all the boats that I already past… by then my concentration was zero and rest is history.

Ride home was ok if we don’t count two blown tires on our way to Toledo.
Ned looks like he just went couple of rounds with Mike Tyson…lol.

Crew member in question is story it’s self…lol…lol
Saturday night after the races we went looking for him to see if everything was OK, we found out that he was released from the hospital and we figure that he must be in a hotel room resting from really hard day and close call, but not Super Mario…lol … long story short we found him on 19th floor in a Bar slamming Vodkas and smoking cigarettes…lol…some people just don’t care.

By the way, if you drag race you don't have to turn left or right. Major criteria is to be able to stop befor the water stops..:D :D

I also heard there is a special sale on fire extinguishers and tires at Wal-mart..:D

Only thing left is check your brakes and wheel bearings on the trailers...:p
