....it's the Great South Bay here on Long Island. This is an area between the mainland and barrier islands (Jones Beach, Fire Island, etc...). The ocean is on the other side of those islands. Although today was a very calm day the bay can get real nasty, alot depends on the winds.

JERRY... i am thinkin about buyin a 24 progression..either ragues boat or another here on the island for sale...any stupid stuff i should look out for with these boats..i know mikes boat should be pretty good..but if i decide not tobuy his and i buy the other where should i look ..ya think i could possibly get a ride w you some time soon ..i wanna ride w someone who isnt trying to sell me a boat or mike who doesnt have alot of seat time in his.no offense mike..i still wanna ride in yours monday ....i would rather see what the boat is capable of from someone who knows the boat well..thanks..you can call me if you want..516-509-5398..thanks any info will be greatly appreciated..George
