Next year the stock and modifies races will be held on the same day.
This inboard race was a cat'ass'trophy!
I have had many complaints about how things went at this race and the last , mostly the winnings the racers were due and never got!
Many things could be changed for the better. First thing is location.
Land owner isn't interested in anything but the gate fee
He made around $20,000 clear profit , but isn't willing to clear along the bank or have a dozer drag out some logs from the river.The track was cut short so he wouldn't have to remove the logs. The dam river bank wasn't even weed-eated! And when things went south he was nowhere to be found. I have three lakes that I am looking at for next years races.
