Look for white lettering saying SEA STSR PRO on the hyd. lines about a foot and a half from the ram on the motor. They are pretty large so they should be easy to see.

The engine ram says Sea Star Pro on it. I believe the helm unit is the same as the standard system. You should get the Sea Star Pro heavy duty steel braided teflon lined hoses too.

The Helm has higher PSI valving. 1500 vs 1000psi!

Except on the helm...It's on the ram and also on the Kevlar hoses...REX

the difference is the helm, and Teleflex "strongly recommends" the "Pro" Kevlar hose. The standard helm has a relief valve setting of 800 to 1000 psi, and the Pro is 1500 psi. If you want to be sure you get the best, shoot me an email. I carry the Sea Star Pro, with Kevlar hoses, for $750.00, delivered to your door. Better hurry though, Teleflex is doing a price increase sometime this week,(They bought out Morse) and I'm not sure if I can maintain that price.
