That's a Vector splash (copy). Those boats are not all too rare. I'm not sure about the quality, but I would rather own the real thing.

It's a Sterling , Copy of the Vector . They were not made with a wind sheild . so some owners built there own . The best way to tell if you are looking at a Vector missing it's windsheild or a Sterling ,is to check the area where the windsheild frame attaches to the back corners of the cockpit area . Sterling 17' Dominator was built by Bob Ackerbloom who built Gambler boats.
