best prop for this setup

Got a friend that has a XB 2003
that's having a hard time finding
the best prop for his ride. So here goes,
XB2003
225 HO omc
12" Jake plate
Bob's big foot on a lighting gearcase with 1.86 gears
His tried a 29 re3 (Pretty good)
a 30 re3 (a little better)
a stock 28 raker (probably best all around)
a 26 raker (to low pitch)
a 26 shooter (probably worst)
a 29 omc SRX (great mid but slips on top-end)
His tried raising and lowering motor with
different props but just can't get find the best
set-up. Any help or advise on set-up would
be great.
