Depending on the damage, usually about $150.00 to repair and match a pair.

Thanks, I'll get back to you on it. The middle one has a bunch of ring damage (loose locator pin) I am going to let the customer know the price to fix it vs. a new head.

What can you do with a stock set of heads for a 95 2.6 Yamaha. They are not damaged. I want to bump the compression up.

How much you payin for 200 merc heads,with welding to be done in 1 cylinder each and a clean up mill ,2.4 stuff,1 piece and 2 piece heads?? Tripps

Cut Yamaha heads everyday for increased compression. $150.00 a set to cut and CC a pair. Yes we put the taper back in the heads as well for the same price. We do 3.0 Merc heads as well. We buy heads but right now we only need some 2.5 heads and it depends on how bad they're damaged. Going price is about $25.00 to $50.00 ea. if we can rebuild them.
