I recently purchased a 16' Baja hull/trailer and 115 Mercury from "Mcgyver' from this board. I purchased the boat to use the engine on a family boat-a 19 Grady White. I'm looking for someone to remove the engine from the Baja, and place it on the Grady White, and rig the controls. The swith should be fairly simple, the "new" engine is the same year/make/horsepower as the old engine. I'm not mechanically inclined with outboards. I need this done ASAP.
