We are working that out now. As of the most current info, we have been asked NOT to have tents up allong the water line that restrict the spectators view, but tents will be allowed further back.

OK, keep us posted if you will.
I finally have a tent to bring this year, and I have a bunch of friends coming to get their first taste of ODBA, so if we can get the tent setup somewhere (early Friday), and we can still see the races with a good view, that'd be great.

Thanks

Greg

Greg; Are you and Jim going to race this year? I'm working on trying to get another river rocket before the first of the year.

Regards; Pete.

Yes, the plan is for both of us to race.
I'm only going one class, but Jim may go up to 3 classes, depending on how it's running.

Hope you get a new boat soon.

For any that need directions to the race site go to www.randmcnally.com or www.mapquest.com and put in the following address:

Marion County Park
9696 Hwy. 41
Jasper, TN 37347

This way you can get step by step directions from your door to the race site. The location that will come up is not exactly where the race site is located, but will get you very close. The race site is located on a small projection of land (that is nearly an island) sticking out southward from Hwy 41. It will be well marked with signs and traffic.

If you are coming in from I-24 use exit 158. Turn north and go to the next intersection (Hwy 41). Turn right and the park will be on the right.

The racing starts at 10:00am CST both days.
