I think it is yellow/red. There are two of them. One goes to the start solenoid. The one your looking for is on a terminal just below the solenoid to the bottom right. It's yellow/red also and it's the one for fuel enrichment.
On Mercs it is a yellow wire with a black stripe and the terminal block is about 2" below the flywheel and just aft of the starter.

Just for clarification:
On Mercury carb motors, the yellow wire with black tracer is hooked to either a choke solenoid or an enrichener valve and it is operator activated when you push the key in while cranking.
On most of the Merc EFI engines, the ECU gets battery voltage during cranking via the yellow wire with red tracer that is attached to the starter solenoid. The yellow wire with black tracer is not used on these engines, but you COULD find it in the harness and attach it to the yellow wire with red tracer that goes to the ecu......then you can manually activate ecu enrichment whenever you feel its necessary, rather than getting it EVERY time you crank the engine over.

Mine is a injected ingine and the yellow/red was hooked up but I unhooked it.
On most motors that come from the factory with the wire hooked to the starter solenoid, the "push key to choke" wire is cut short and covered over with black tape just behind where the other wires fan out on the engine end of the harness. That's why you can't find it. Peel back some tape a few inches and you'll find it. Splice a longer wire onto it,and connect yel/blk to red/yel. This way, you can control it yourself. No more rough, smoky warm starts, and no more repeated starting when it's cold. If it stumbles or sneezes, just bump the key switch to give it a richer mix for a second or two.
They should have just done them all this way, much better.

I found the yellow/black wire but I can found the red/yellow wire.
Where can I find him.

It's Yellow with a red tracer. There's two of them and they are probably both hooked to the starter solenoid at this time. You are going to disconnect the one that goes to the ecu and hook the yellow with black tracer to it. The other yellow with red tracer stays on the starter solenoid.

Now I understand, Thank you.
When I first read this post, I had just wired a 2.4 carb motor. I had no idea there were 2 yellow with red wires on the efi motors. That's why I love this place. Learn something new all the time.
Here's the stock wiring for a 2.4L 200 EFI or "Laser" motor, with the crappy starter-activated enrichment.
In the lower left, you can see that the diagram shows the yel/blk wire cut short "dead-end." You can also see the two red/yel wires. One is the start wire from the key switch, the other is the enrichment wire to the ECU. Disconnect this wire wrom the solenoid and hook it to the "hidden" yel/blk wire, which goes to +12V when the key switch is "pushed in to choke."
