whats the best gauge wire to use for gauges?
and also the best place to get it at,pluse shrink wrap.

Liqui-Fly turned me on to this site. The cost of a 100' spool is about $14
You can order per foot wire from the west marine site too. This wire costs much more though. Good if you only need bits.

The shrink tube I got from http://www.mcmaster.com/ But I wanted several colors to code the wire. If you want black then just about anyplace is good. I bought 4' lengths from them pretty cheap. There are many types though and you need to decide on which you want. Adhesive lined or a different plastic or a higher shrink ratio like 4:1 instead of 2:1.
