Sometimes you make mistakes and have to eat a lot of crow pie. I made one. The check from Trey Whitehead--Zoom 885 was a check that was lost in the mail for about three weeks. Trey sent another one and I cashed it. Three weeks later this other check shows up (that Trey stopped payment on as I told him to because it was lost). Being a busy person and only working with 2 active brain cells I deposited the check. ( I get several a month for foils and naturally I just cashed it.) When the check came back I just assumed I had been burned. I was wrong.
I am here to eat crow and ask Trey to forgive me for my mistake.

Redbullet you have done the right thing. We are human so we are not perfect. We do make mistakes. Being honest and admitting them will always be rewarding in the long run. May your business flourish from your honesty. You may want to post this on the original thread also so everyone who reads it will also see that you have stepped up to the plate to resolve the problem and admit to the mistake.

Woweee, seems like all of this could've been avoided with some better communications. Don't you guys use E mails?

All I can say is... Good job for standing up... I don't know if you remember but we met at the Winchester TN race when you were having trouble with the motor on your Bullet. (Hope you got that worked out..) Mike appears to be a very nice guy and this just solidifies that observation.

Glad it's straight. Hope Trey gets over it. I'm sure he was embarrassed/pissed off.

Mike asked me to pin this to make sure everyone was able to read it.
An apology like that is not easy - very well said Mike,

Congrats on steppin' up. Many would have just laid low for awhile. I don't doubt it's a reflection of yourself and how you do business.:)

A post like that can be very hurtful to the innocent party. I will do everything I can to make things right. The e-mails were so old they were not on my computer any longer and I had no phone # for Trey. I'll be a lot more careful in the future and will engage my brain before my keyboard.

Seems like you've bent over backwards to straighten out a mistake. I admire you for all the effort.

Hmmm. Somehow, I missed all that. The few dealings I've had with Mike, he seemed like a stand-up guy. This pretty well confirms it, for me anyway.
