Trailer Hitch For A Lexus 300 $$$$$$

I just picked up a good deal on a RX 300. It needed a hitch so for the fun of it I called them to see how much they would soak me for, try nearly $700. I called my reg. hitch installer, $300. Guess which one I choose?
By the way, do you need the tans cooler, the tow package, for towing a Starflite? The total weight of the boat and motor is about 1,800 lbs?

INXS,man what a great choice..HiddenHitch made the hitch for my RAV and I installed it myself,total cost about $110,including the harness.You`ll love the 300,but you`ll never be able to wear it out.Enjoy,and come to the Romp!!!

Willn't miss the next one. The boat is still in the shop, for installing a nose cone, hydr. jack-plate and sterring. Seems their bussy:mad: , or well no big deal! The Lexus is a black & silver fully loaded 2000 which was garage keeped, looks brand new. I got it for 23.8K. I think the same in a new 04 would list for abiout 44K? I like the fact that it has a four speed auto trans and not the five. Some say, that the only reason they went to the five was for the MPG boost?
