Kaptain about the weight,is this a go with no weight so then after,you would need to add the bags?But how would we know if there is hidden weigt in the boats for the weigh in,gonna be tough on a water scale to be checkin them.I been thinkin, we need to all get together, and do it on land so we all can look threw the boats,it would be the most legal way about it.

As long as you're spotchecking after the races, why not also pull engine cowls and check for "extra" fuel lines---at the pier??
