my father has an 88 mohave eliminator with a 545 330 hp my question is he has the impeller in the motor is there another impeller in the drive?

That depends on what drive he has, if it's an Alpha there is a pump in the drive , if it's a Bravo no there isn't a pump in the drive, if it's another brand drive it depends on which one.

i was wrong it is a bravo 1 the impeller housing has a few scuffs in it does it need to be replaced or is it fine? thanks
