My 245 Carb. motor has fuel rails and injectors still on it. i was wondering what i had to do to convert it back into fuel injection and how much it will cost. Also how many rpm's do most 260's turn? any info. would be great help thanks, mike

I'd have the injectors checked/flowed just to be safe. Tony Brucato can handle that. If you have to have an ECU his PCU unit is also superior to the Merc unit in my opinion. You'll need either a horn or it would also be an excellent time to put Tony's SVS system on the front. You'll also need a piece of throttle linkage. Assuming the EFI harness is still intact that should about do it, other than the fuel pump and return line of course. Although I'd expect most of the increase to be in the lower and mid RPM range, even though you'll likely see a little on top also RPM range should be in the same ballpark as your 245 since the blocks are the same.
