Boat's 20 feet or atleast 20 ft. I was chatting with Bulletboy last week and he has a 20 and I swear I had about 2 feet on him.

for the progression to do 80 with the 250 i had to have 10 gal of fuel and just me in the boat. I was have a 25 trophy but i have the motor up too high for the prop. The trophy it not getting enough bite. I am getting my hand on a et to try tomorrow, so i will post some new #'s.

That's a 70 to 80 hp gain there. There is no reason he shouldn't see 12-15 mph gain.

I don't know how serious you were about this statement but I do hope that you realize how rediculous it is. To imply that the only thing that will beat your "95-98" mph boat is a STV is just mis-informed. Look at boats like Allison, Bullet, Eliminator, Liberator etc...these boats can run over 100 consistently with much less than a 300X. My GrandSport is generally considered the MOST limited of all of the A-Boats in regards to speed and I can run faster than "98" with a conservative drag set up in 100 degree heat. As matter of fact there should be a bunch of hydrostreams up there in your neck of the woods that will top that.
