Hi Guys;
My tach didn't work and the rectifier wasn't charging,so after reading S&F forum sugestions,I replaced the rectifier.The tach mnow works and the charging system goes to 13.4 v
The engine will start instantly,run for about 20 seconds,then go out.( will run rough with some throttle 2000rpm)but will not idle.
I've checked the wireing harness and everything is connected. I decided to check the plugs,right side lookes fine,left side is dry black soot ! ! ( I cleaned the plugs,even swapped sides.
I sure could use and appreciate some help.
