This just bites!

I'm in the last hour or so of finally getting my grandsport rigged with my new 260 offshore powerplant and ran into a hickup with the boshe fuel pump fitting. So...... I've been going all over to get the fitting and no luck but made a few calls and was told to try thre hydralic shops or impliment dealers. I put the fuel pump in the Yukon as i went to work in hopes that after i was finished i could stop by these shops get a fitting and finish this rigging and be on the water this weekend. Well i got to the shop and noticed that i could already smell the fuel and thought this would really reak in here and opted to put it out on the front bumper as to not forget about it. I worked real late (Not planned ) and got in the truck and went home totally forgetting about it and lost the damn thing between somewhere and somewhere F@##! Retraced my way numerous times and no luck what a stupid and costly mistake . Money is tight and well i'm just pissed!

There are different configurations of Bosche pumps and I do not know them all, but some are very similar to a Porsche 928 Bosche pump and can be retrieved from a Porsche service center or in some cases NAPA

MercNuts you are correct about the bosche pumps in the porsche as well as the mercedes.I am told according to our local napa however they want $571 canadian for them ouch? The dealerships want even more that's nuts. ken if you come across one PLEASE let me know.

Geoff go to Brucatos website he has the pumps on there for $155 thats about the best you will find and he might even take credit cards and overnight it to you. check it out, sorry to here about your bad luck.
