Believe it or not, I just use Windows XP's own thumbnail view and I create folders on a dedicated hard drive. Makes for much easier backup and restoring of photos from backups. I only use Photoshop for editing.

Same here. I just create folders and download the pics into them, nothing real complex about it. However Photoshop CS has some nice features for things like that that I have been using lately

This is exactly what I do also.

As for on my website albums, I use myphotogallery. It's a perl cgi that i've cusomized to work on windows since ripperd.com is served from a win2k pc at the moment.

Same as Greg and Lamar. I do have Microsoft Picture It 9.0 that I use for editing. I also have an account on www.fotki.com. Fotki is a great photo sharing website that can be viewed for free by anyone in the world. Fotki offers free accounts with limited space or for like 35.00 per year you get unlimited space, email, and more. You can order prints from fotki at a reasonable price also.
