Come on down, the water is great! I've just waxed my transom, so you don't have a bad view. :) I'm just waiting for a good lesson in Mt. Pleasant.

Hey W. Tripp, what kind of ET's are you running. What's your top speed in the 1/4 mile. Sounds like a great set-up, you will need if for sure to beat that STV Euro of Acie's........Good Luck.

SO FAR, I am running in the mid to low 12's and have hit MPH's from 98 to a little over 100. But more is left to come.

With Acie's new STV and Renolds and Martini all still cutting time from their old records, I still have a lot of work to do. Plus, they have experience at coming to the gate and reaction times that I must work on. I am sure they will school me well in MT. Pleasant. :)

Sounds great. You are right, many of those races are won and lost right out of the gate. Just don't let them bully you around since you'll be new. If they are coming up too fast just veer off and start over. What is Acie's new boat like. Is he still gonna run a Euro Ski. I always thought a regular STV, set up right, could kick butt in Lake Racer. Are Chuck And Glen still running their same boats. Boy, those to guys are really quick. I love watching Lake Racer, gotta be my favorite Class of all. Good Luck...Mark
