1984 Laser LTV / 2.4 200
Bought it three years ago knowing it was going to be a project. Rotten floor and transom, saturated flotation foam. The gel coat wasn't that bad at all.
So far, it has a new bigger transom along with three new big knees, replacing the original two small knees.
All new Rex Marine billet everything.
New Sea Star Pro hydraulic steering.
Re-using the Hotfoot.
New AutoMeter guages
New wood floor glassed several times on both sides.
New fuel tank.
Still have to make or find new seats.
I sanded the deck and filled every hole drilled anywhere for anything in the cockpit. Then I redrilled for the new hardware.
Now the boat is upside-down in the garage getting the bottom sanded/perfected and ready for paint.
Looks like it will be painted white with Chrome-Illusion flip-flop stripes.

As of now, the site has more Nova pics than Laser, so check back soon.
