Thanks guys! Now a decision to make. Get rid of the Lexus 430 roadster or forget the Euro ! Hmmmm, wife says no way on the Lexus deal. Guess I'll have to work ALOT of overtime during the winter months.

About the car, I have alwasys wanted the cars everyone else had. We were on the waiting list at four dealerships for the Lexus 430 convert. Wouldn't you know two came in at the same time. We bought both, sent one (red)to the wholesale market in Orlando where it brought about 9K over the final purhcase price of 63K. Not a bad return in three weeks. Kept the pearl white one. Wife then wanted a dang new VW of all things. So, got her that and then ordered the 02 Bird. Was told it would be 14-24 months before I would see it. BANG, three weeks later they made a mistake and sold me someone elses car LOL. Kidding, it pays to "TIP" the sales mgr. We just got the bird on Monday.

I am seriously impressed with this car. Now granted,it does not begin to compare with the Lexus but beats the heck out of my Expedition! This car has reallt cool lines to it. The interior althought built for two has plenty of room. The engine, 245 hp 3.9 ltr V8. IT MOVES!!! Being the crazy guy I am, with 14 miles on the odometer we set it in at 135 in no time at all. This car will accelerate. Again, the Lexus will walk all over it but mustangs and camaros will get embarrassed. The Lexus, according to car and driver has a top speed of 160, NOT WITH ME DRIVING IT! Have not heard about the Bird but it was still gaining a little speed at 135. I just like the acceleration. Can't wait for a 3" exhaust ad flowmasters! Oh, and a trailer hitch.
