I just can't belive the amount of delamination that was in this boat. It looks like EVERY place that the bulkheads, stringers, deck and transum were fiberglassed to the hull there was NO grinding done to help the glass stick to the hull.. Most places I can just pry a screwdriver under the glass and pop it off the hull. One good hit from a wave while runing the boat could have just come apart. Looks like you lucky you took that hull all apart to start with..
I'm sure it'll be " Right ". When you get finished with it..

When I started to tear it apart I was very worried that I would be trashing a good boat and that I would find no problems at all. But I did. In fact I found a buch of them. So I'm very glad that I took the time to tear it up.
