single set up on 24' skater/liberator

Any cons to setting up a 24' skater/liberator hull with a single OB?
Interested in this size of boat but dont want duals to start with.(like the option of going duals later). Any comments welcome. I have searched and haven't been able to find much and its not a common set up. Thanks.

You should call Dave at Liberator boats in crowley Tx , he would be the best to chat with and Maybe chat with Wayne Taylor at Taylor Marine about putting a v8 on one,he thinks it would work well! His site is madefi.com , Good Luck

Go with twins. There was a newer Skater built with a single 300 and I heard it ran like crap.
