hey guys,trying to get some help from an omc expert.had boyesen reed valves installed and carbs rebuilt recently.ever since then once the engine is warm then shut off and trimmed up when you try and restart it acts like it is flooded; also at low rpms when you try to idle across a shallow area it wants to stall our idle rough so more throttle is necessary to keep running would appriciate any input I could get since I wont be taking it back to the tech(so called)who did the work
