The 2004 neoda drag rules are up and running on the web site. Sorry it has taken so long, but i have taken over the web site and am still learning. I d like to thank John Tiger for all of his help on writing the rules. So check out the new web site www.NEODA.org .Also there has been a schedule change for the first race, and that is also posted on the web site.
