5880 RPMs is the most I've ever turned one on a digatron gauge.

Thanks Paul I heard at Merc school they were twisting them over 6200 in race applications just want to know if anybody has knowlodge of this. Paul I'll be in touch with you soon I need to pick your brain for setup

IIRC, the pre-production models had higher rev. limiters, but they were lowered when the engine got into full scale production. JimmyD could probably comment on this.
