What's this Vegas worth?

I'm was looking through the "Hull For Sale: 20' and under" forum and stumbled across the 89' Vegas XT that is for sale. It's the 2nd owner boat that has the 200 Merc on it. Asking price is $9500, and I'm wondering if some of you guys that have bought and sold Vagas's in the past could tell me if that's a good deal for the boat. I've seen Vegas's in nice shape going anywere from $7,000 to $12,000 depending on the motor.

Have any of you guys personally seen this boat? It looks super clean and super solid. It's going to be a long trip to go look at it, 1400 miles round trip. That's why I'm asking here first.

sounds about right. If it's in fairly-well kept condition, maybe get him down to $8500, and you'll have a nice deal. It needs to be damn perfect if it turns out that he has to get $9000...

No way to tell without seeing it. There's a lot of people on this board! Post another thread asking if anybody lives in the seller's area to go check it out for you...
