a water taxi from the inner harbor in baltimore capsized around 4 pm due to a srong storm that passed through the area. 25 ppl. were on board,18 found so far,2 in cardiac arrest. will post more info later on.

7 still missing 1 confirmed dead
it was a pontoon 35-40ftt long owned by the living classroom,which apprently gives tours for kids to teach them about marine life.
1 of the cardiac arrest was a child.
water temps are 44 degrees and the search has turned to a recovery now
