Need info on shipping my boat........

I have a buyer who wants me to ship the Valero to Portland Oregon. Who can I call for pricing?

Look for boat companies in Oregon or Washington -- and call their shipping departments. See if they use their own haulers and whether they'd consider hauling back another boat for some extra $$. You'd be surprised at how many do.

If not, you might find out which trucking company they use, and possibly get a reduced rate for catching them before going back empty, on the return trip. Just an idea. ;)

I would have the buyer arrange the transportation. That way its not "your"problem if there is damage. If not the case you may want to verify companies with the local Better Business Bureau.
