Looking at a boat that has low hour but 1997 (98?) motors.

I used to read the bass boating discussions over at wmi.org back in those days. I remember that some people were irritated over some bugs with the 3 liter engines of that era. No major things, though, except poor hole shot.

Since no one has heard of any horror stories I guess there are no significant specific model problems. If it makes it to a survey I'll have the ECM read (the Merc powered candidate is in Texas).
