posting photos

My being a motor head and not much into electronic wizardry, I lack a lot of knowledge in working with these little miracle's called computers( how the heck it fixes itself I can't understand!!)I would really appreciate someone E-mailing me direct some simple(real simple )instructions about how I go about placing photo's with you registration name or in your post.I was out sick the day we were taught how to do it I guess.
