picture resize to post help

need help to resize pics to add to thread,image to large need to make smaller, thanks

Open the pic in MS Paint. Then go click "image" in the top toolbar. Then click "stretch/skew.

In the "stretch" box you can resize it. Try to use equal numbers,example: 75/75, 50/50, 45/45, 23/23, ect.

are you guys running Windows XP??? If so it's easy to resize pics!
