That's been posted here before. The helicopter pilot was an idiot both times. I assume the FAA pulled his liscense.

Ouch!!! That’s gonna’ leave a mark. Buddy was a cowboy no doubt, but you can see that when the passenger that handed the rope over, did so over top of the skids. When the pilot pulled pitch it was inevitable dynamic roll over. It’s unrecoverable as soon as the C of G is passed the cyclic limits. He did not have a chance. Bummer how such a stupid error can lead to disaster.
