Gallery won't let me in

I 've logged in, gone to the gallery page,but when I click on an image to enlarge it, I get a message " you must be a registered user to view images" or something like that. What's the deal?

make sure your browser is set up to use cookies, that's how the site knows you're logged in.

Just a question because I think the cookies are enabled. If they were not would I still be able to post messages? Obviously I can do that, and I had to log in to post this. Is there a difference?

Try it now - you should be all set. You need to have your registration options set to "Remember password".
