Dear Scream And Fly Forum Member,

On behalf of the Scream And Fly Team and myself, we would like to wish you, and your family and friends a very safe and Happy Holiday season!

2003 was a fantastic year for performance powerboating, with more people than ever joining our community and adding to wealth of knowledge that promotes our sport in a safe, exciting, and fun manner.

We’re looking forward to another great year with the start of the 2004 boating and race season. We’ve made many upgrades to the website, and there’s much more on the way for 2004.

The big news for 2004 will be the launch of Scream And Fly Racing – our commitment to supporting the racers in our community – past, present, and future. Featuring a racing history section, outboard engine database, and the stars of the show, the racers themselves in our Profiles section.

Any racer is welcome to join; no matter what organization you race or have raced with. If you are interested in being included in our Racer Profiles section, please contact me at gterzian@screamandfly.com.

Looking to keep busy while the winter keeps your boat on the trailer? In addition to the forums, we’ll have many new evaluations for you to help the winter months pass painlessly by. Look for the following features:

- Part Two of the Brucato Pro Control Unit (PCU) test. With our PCU fine-tuned to the STV/Mercury 2.5, we’ll present you with full details on how we tuned the PCU, as well as top speed and acceleration evaluations of its performance. You won’t want to miss this!
- Part Three of the Brucato PCU test will focus on the results of adding the Brucato SVS (Stackable Velocity System) front intake to our PCU-equipped Mercury. Combining the air management of the SVS with the fuel management capabilities of the PCU will make for some interesting results.
- A full evaluation and test of Mike Ray’s custom aluminum afterplane. A very well made unit that has been proven in the drag race circuit. Just exactly what can this product do for the recreational boater? We’ll find out.
- A first look and evaluation at Digatron’s new DT-54K Max dual pyrometer and cylinder head temperature head unit with PC interface capability.

I would also like to thank Scream And Fly’s sponsors for 2003, listed here in alphabetical order:

· Brucato Machine and Tool
· Diamond Marine
· Eagle One Performance
· Intimidator Boats
· Jay Smith Racing Engines
· Onboard Cameras
· Progression Boats

Thank you for making 2003 a great season for Scream And Fly, and performance boating. Please be safe on the water, and Happy Holidays!

Sincerely,

Greg Terzian
